We stayed here for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor with access to a large rooftop entertaining area. The views are amazing & there is a very large balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The managers are very friendly & helpful. It is in a high density location so can be noisy & not private but this didn't worry us. There are no elevators so if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the esplanade which is great. We would definitely stay again. The views of the city & the ocean are great.

Great place to stay clean with everything we needed close to everything stayed on the ground floor as there is no lifts reception we're wonderful would stay again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay
Amazing First Trip to Mooloolaba
We got an ocean view apartment with air conditioning on upper floor. The apartment is tidy and clean, a self contained apartment with adequate utensils and cookware, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a lockup garage. It is only a 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the esplanade aligned with shops and restaurants. For longer stay, there is Coles for grocery shopping which is only 10minutes walk away. There is a pool on the property as well. The complex is well maintained and very peaceful. Everything is perfect in our apartment, except for the venetian blinds, which need to be replaced. The manager, Naomi, is very kind and helpful. For us, it is certainly a place to come back.
Great location for affordable prices!
I have stayed in mooloolaba many times, and I haven't experienced a warm welcoming hotel that I have wanted to return again to.
The managers Naomi & Joe were extremely helpful, and hospitable, and I found anything involving their services to be very efficient and professional.
Rooms are very clean, and offer everything you would need for a holiday close by the beach. Bay views and Harbourviews are walking distance to Mooloolaba and Alexandra headland beaches, shops and local renowned restaurants. Immediate resort Area is very quiet, which is a must during the evenings when on vacation.
Definitely give this one a go if your looking for an affordable family, solo, or business vacation.
Great Apartments
Stayed at Bayview Apartments in early November 2013 and I have nothing but praise for this first rate accommodation. Firstly you must remember that these are not serviced apartments, but all extras are available at a very small cost. This was real value for money with only very minor negatives. We would certainly stay again, if we returned to Queensland.
