Cancellation Policy for Bayview & Harbour View Apartments -Bookings cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival date FULL deposit refunded less 15% administration fee - Bookings cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival FULL deposit held. No refunds on early departures.

In line with Queensland Fire Legislation and to ensure the safety of our guests there is a strict limit to the number of people allowed to stay in our apartments, ie 5 people in a 2 Bedroom apartment and 7 people in a 3 Bedroom apartment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and cash. Payment by cheque must be made 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Please register all members of your party on arrival.
