IRONMAN 70.3 Sunshine Coast

Taking over Mooloolaba for one whole day, IRONMAN Sunshine Coast 2019 is all set to challenge seasoned triathletes from across Australia with its widely known circuit that comprises of long-distance swimming, cycling and running.

Also known as the Half Ironman, the Sunshine Coast IRONMAN 70.3 totals at 113km, presenting athletes with a gruelling challenge across Mooloolaba, starting on Mooloolaba Esplanade before taking participants across the Sunshine Coast hinterland. The atmosphere in Mooloolaba comes alive with each event, and this year it’s back and not to be missed on Sunday, September 8.

The Old Woman Ocean Paddle 2019

One week after IRONMAN 70.3 2019, make sure to remain in Mooloolaba for The Old Woman Ocean Paddle! This lively event invites all to take part in an 18km ocean swim to Old Woman Island, which starts and finishes at Mooloolaba Spit. The Little Woman Ocean Paddle is a joint event that coincides on the same day, comprising of a 5km course along Mooloolaba Beach.
